Introduction to Psychological Science
Fall 2023, Spring 2024

Instructor of Record for an undergraduate Introduction to Psychological Science course. This introduction course focuses on the application of the scientific method to major areas of psychology: biological, cognitive, developmental, social and personality, and mental and physical health. The course addresses the importance of social and cultural diversity, ethics, variations in human functioning, and applications to life and social action both within these areas and integrated across them. The research basis for knowledge in the field is emphasized

Guest Lectures

1 / Healthcare Experiences of Muslim Women

This guest lecture was based on my area of study to expose students to different topics of research in the field of psychology.

2 / Brain and Religion

I gave a lecture on brain and religion, introducing the field pf neurotheology to students and sharing the recent research about this emerging field. 

3 / Repeated Measures ANOVA

I taught about the usage and logic of repeated measures ANOVA and introduced the reporting according to APA formats.
